This includes: Alamo, Donna, Mercedes, Weslaco, Pharr, Progresso, La Villa, Monte Alto, Hargill, Linn, San Juan, Rio Grande City, Roma, Sullivan City, La Joya, San Ignacio and Zapata, Edcouch and Elsa.
