All registrations are no refund. In the case of an emergency, please request an exemption in writing and a 25% administrative fee will be deducted from the original fee. Every request is considered on a case to case basis. Weather is not ussually a reason for cancelation. In the event that affects the area and the event is canceled, every attempt will be made to re-schedule. If not possible refunds, minus expences will be returned.
