4. Become a building Sponsor Call or mail to the Rio Grande Council office today and make your pledge or donation in support of Scouting.
5. James E. West Fellowships Become a James E. West Fellow or honor an individual with this fellowship. For a gift of $1,000 to the endowment fund, your gift will be invested for the future of the Rio Grande Council.
